Terms of Service

Welcome to Unfollowers (the "App"). By accessing or using Unfollowers, or any associated services, features, or content (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

Your use of the Services is additionally governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Unfollowers. Please read them thoroughly.

Conditions of Use

By using the Services, you represent and agree that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction) and are legally permitted to use the Services.
• You will not employ the Services for any unlawful activity or in breach of these Terms.
• You will not access the Services through automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar mechanisms.
• You will not use the Services in conjunction with unauthorized third-party applications or automation software.
• You will not disrupt, overload, or impair the normal operation of the Services.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or credentials.
• You will not share login credentials or solicit them from other users.
• You will not probe, scan, or test the security of the Services or connected systems.
• You will not introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
• You acknowledge that the App integrates third-party SDKs for analytics and diagnostics as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Service Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Limit or revoke access for any user at our sole discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms or misuse.
• Modify features, capabilities, or availability of the Services.
• Request information reasonably necessary to confirm compliance with these Terms or applicable regulations.

All rights not explicitly granted herein are retained by Unfollowers.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use a single copy of the App on a compatible device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Duplicate, modify, or produce derivative works based on the App or its content.
• Utilize the App for commercial endeavors.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
• Strip or alter proprietary notices or branding.
• Redistribute or host the App on any external platform.

This license terminates automatically upon violation of these Terms, at which point you must cease all use of the App.

If you obtained the App via Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is neither a party to these Terms nor responsible for the App, its content, or any maintenance or support obligations.

Subscriptions

Certain features within Unfollowers require a paid subscription ("Subscription"). Subscriptions are charged in advance on a recurring cycle (weekly, monthly, or annually) based on the plan you select.

Your Subscription renews automatically at the conclusion of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your App Store account settings.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable except where mandated by applicable law or platform policy. Pricing, features, and availability may be adjusted periodically in accordance with App Store guidelines.

Any refund requests are processed according to the policies of the distribution platform through which the Subscription was purchased (e.g., Apple App Store).

Information Accuracy

The Services and associated materials are offered for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies or errors. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content. Updates or modifications may occur at any time without obligation to notify users.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfollowers and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and agents shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or intangible losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Services
• Unauthorized access to or modification of your data
• Actions or content of any third party within the Services
• Any other matter connected to the Services

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will function without interruption, be free of errors, or meet your specific expectations.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice where feasible. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
